What kind of excursions are included?

Weekly excursions include visits to local temples, Ganga Aarti ceremonies, waterfalls, caves, and other spiritual and natural sites around Rishikesh.

Comfortable yoga clothes, a reusable water bottle, personal toiletries, a notebook, a yoga mat (if preferred), and any required medications. We also provide basic essentials.

Yoga Teacher Training is a disciplined and immersive experience, but it’s open to all levels. Classes are well-paced, and rest is encouraged when needed.

Yes, we offer optional Ayurvedic therapies like Abhyanga (oil massage), Shirodhara, and more. You can also consult our in-house Ayurvedic doctor for personalized guidance

What kind of accommodation is provided?

We offer clean, air-conditioned rooms with hot water, private or shared, to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay throughout your training.

Yes, we provide airport transfers from Dehradun Airport (DED). Pickup and drop-off can be arranged upon request.

We serve fresh, vegetarian Sattvic meals prepared with love, along with Ayurvedic herbal drinks to support your yoga practice and overall health.

Yes, our 200 and 300-hour courses are Yoga Alliance certified, allowing you to register as an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) upon completion.

How To Reach Us

By Airways

Rishikesh is well-connected and easy to reach. The fastest way is to fly into Delhi International Airport, then take a domestic flight to Jolly Grant Airport (Dehradun). From there, it’s just a short drive to our school – you can book a taxi or let us know your arrival details, and we’ll gladly arrange a pickup for you.

By Roadways

Prefer a road trip? You can hire a taxi directly from Delhi International Airport to Rishikesh for a scenic 5-6 hour drive. Along the way, enjoy the views and stop at local highway cafés for a taste of Indian snacks. It’s a comfortable and enriching journey – and we’re happy to assist you with guidance or help arrange a cab if needed.

By Railways

Traveling by Indian Railways is another scenic and budget-friendly option. You can take a train from Delhi to Haridwar or Yog Nagari Rishikesh Station, both well-connected and close to our school. From there, it’s just a short 10–12 km ride — taxis and tuk-tuks are easily available for a quick transfer.
